I was born in Bogota in 1989. I have always been attracted to science and literature. Even though I took English classes at school, these did not go in depth in the development of my communicative skills. The majority of things I learned about the language were thanks to numerous English speaking rock bands and the videogames that capture
I was born in Bogota in 1989. I have always been attracted to science and literature. Even though I took English classes at school, these did not go in depth in the development of my communicative skills. The majority of things I learned about the language were thanks to numerous English speaking rock bands and the videogames that captured my imagination as a child.
In the year 2007, I started a Bachelor in Arts in Modern Languages in the Pontifical Xavierian University where I also took French and German classes. My graduation took place in the year of 2012 with the dissertation “Characteristics of the teaching methodologies of the grammar component on the basic English courses in the Pontifical Xavierian University”.

On the year 2013 I started working in the training and development area. First as a communication coach, helping new agents improve on their customer service abilities. Later on, I started working as a facilitator of training content.
I've been part of successful program launches on both sales and technical support accounts. Currently, I am an Associate Training Manager for one of the most important BPO in Colombia
